This window has not been working for 5 years. I called several places to have it fixed but they didn't want such a small job. Stephen Earle, answered my call and came to see me within a day. He explained everything too me, measured the window and gave me a price. The window had an a/c in it and I knew there would be water damage. In his estimate he figured the materials and time to repair that as well. I had another company coming to give me an estimate but after talking with Stephen, I cancelled that appointment. Glad I did. The window came he, just like Stephen said it would. We set up a date and time to complete the job. He was here about 4 hours. The under sill needed to be replace as well as some side sheetrock. He did a great job. I don't think the big companies could have done a more professional job. His work is neat. He cleaned up all the mess and moved the furniture back in placed. I would recommend Geaux Replacement Windows, LLC for your window needs whether big or small.
